As the original author of the photographs, Jonathan Moore is the legal and moral owner of the copyright on all work commissioned by the client. The following clauses apply to all commissioned work:

© the material is for the sole use of the client in promoting their business
© the material should not be sold to a third party
© the material is subject to copyright and if included in any published work (in book, magazine, or digital form), the name of the © photographer - Jonathan Moore - must be credited
© all requests to the client for use of the material by a third party should be referred to the photographer at the address shown in © the contact information
© all moral rights remain with the photographer
